Make an impact
1. Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality for Jewelry and Crystal Living products.
2. Create technical requirements, process parameters, and instructions for manufacturing.
3. Set objectives, plans, and schedules for multiple product launches to meet manufacturing goals.
4. Develop and improve existing processes and methods for control and troubleshooting of manufacturing technical problems.
5. Ensure tool/jig readiness through the design, fabrication, and testing of production equipment.
6. Troubleshoot issues related to process flow, deviation, tooling, and gluing.
7. Coordinate process improvement activities with cross-functional teams.

We seek a talented individual with:
* Educational background in Mechanical or relevant majors.
* Ideally 5+ years of practical experience in an international manufacturing environment in a similar role.
* Strong CAD and 3D design skills, especially NX or Rhino preferred.
* Good English communication and interpersonal skills. Independent and team-oriented, with the ability to gain trust at all levels.
* An innovative, creative approach and a can-do attitude.
