* Responsible forproject controlling andadministrativemanagementofthird-party funded projects.
* Provideproactive guidance toscientificproject leaderson financial and administrative matters.
* Preparecompliant financialreports(e.g., EU, FFG, FWF) in line with funder rules, internal policies, and national regulations.
* Coordinateinternal and external audits;maintain audit-ready documentation and oversee follow-uto implement improvements.
* Design and refinepost-award processes and internal controlsfor third-party funds.
* Develop and maintainreporting tools to enhance data quality and KPIs.
* Serve as theprimary post-award contact for funding agenciesand consortium partners;collaborate withpre-award andlegalcolleagueson budgeting and contractual compliance.
