Internal Candidate Eligibility Criteria:
1. Is a Lincoln Electric employee with at least 1 year of service
2. Is NOT on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
Job Responsibilities
* Main contact for customers regarding spare parts, service calls, and upgrades/retrofits
* Processing inquiries via email and ticket system
* Identifying spare parts based on parts lists and drawings
* Independently preparing quotes with stored price calculations
* Ensuring timely and professional problem resolution
* Coordination of technician assignments and travel planning
Job Requirements
* Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, BHS) with commercial understanding
* At least 2 years of professional experience
* Solid IT skills
* Affinity to technically sophisticated products
* Willingness and enjoyment to work in an international environment
* Very good written and spoken English skills
