Job Description
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with international key accounts, particularly within the specialty paper and packaging industries.
* Drive growth by identifying market potential and strengthening partner relationships.
* Implement and drive sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Update key internal stakeholders on market requirements and formulate strategic initiatives.
* Present products at trade fairs and specialist events.
* Collaborate closely with customer site management teams.
* Undertake regular international travel (around 30% to Europe, Asia and North America).
* Experience in applying CRM systems and lead management tools (O2D, O2C processes).
Professional Requirements
* Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 6‑10 years of professional experience, background in management consulting, preferably in the paper or packaging sector.
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
* Entrepreneurial, hands‑on approach with a results‑driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and numerical skills.
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
* Fluent in English (working language) and very good German, both written and spoken.
* Ability to manage complex stakeholder interests with resilience and initiative.
