The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.
We are looking for dynamic personalities with strategic vision and strong communication skills who want to lead our company's projects to success.
SkillCheck
* Completed commercial and/or technical degree (specializing in industrial engineering, business administration, process management, or similar)
* Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel is an advantage
* Flexible, team-oriented, and resilient personality who enjoys working in teams
* Communicative, confident and assertive manner, as well as the ability to get things done
* Independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work
* German and English, spoken and written

* Calculatory project processing from the initial calculation to the project start - initial experience in calculation is desired
* Analysis of Hirschmann Automotive's technical products and economic evaluation of optimization measures
* Interface function to the areas of development, purchasing, process development, toolmaking and account management
* Transparent cost presentation for the customer as well as occasional plausibility checks via telephone conference or on-site
