Job Description
* You will join the Legal Team, and together we will advise and support the ITS Division’s global operations on legal matters
* Providing legal guidance and conducting (risk) assessments for projects and partnerships, including public procurement law considerations, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international contracts, as well as developing and refining contract templates and standards
* Interest in addressing IP-related matters, particularly software license agreements
* Handling proceedings before courts and regulatory authorities, as well as coordinating with external attorneys and consultants
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law (preferably in Austrian or German law)
* 7–10 years of relevant professional experience (including at a law firm or in a corporate legal department) is desirable
* Experience in an international context and with complex legal issues
* Fluent in German and English
* Strong advisory skills, resilience, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach
* Strong analytical skills, a pragmatic approach to work, and a hands-on mentality
* Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
* Team player, commitment, and flexibility
