Your Tasks
Collaboration in a cross‑functional high‑performance development team developing a strategically important and highly innovative Knorr‑Bremse product.
Participation in conception, simulation, software development, as well as testing of prototypes of a highly safe mechatronic system.
Collaboration in model‑based software development using MATLAB/Simulink.
Evaluation of measurement data using MATLAB.
Setup and optimization of Power Hardware & Software in the Loop systems.
Development of mechatronic digital twins for the railway sector.
Participation in laboratory and vehicle tests.
Creation of V‑process documents.
Shaping the mobility of the future.
Your Profile
Ongoing studies (FH or university), ideally in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering with a focus on simulation and Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop systems.
Previous knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, C code programming, as well as electrical engineering & electronics is desirable or strong technical interest.
Enthusiasm for working in agile product development teams (SCRUM, KANBAN).
Passion for processes and accuracy in work for the required documentation.
English at C1 level.
Hands‑on mentality, independent working style and quick comprehension.
Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5‑minute walk from Mödling railway station.
The salary for 20 hours per week is €1,532 gross per month.
