* You will develop a product that is essentially a distributed debugger running invisibly in complex production environments, delivering maximum value while incurring minimum overhead.

Team description
Freshly formed backend team operating in Brno, Czech Republic, and Gdańsk, Poland. Implementing critical features, providing quality infrastructure, and innovation in the Extensions Framework allows monitoring virtually any type of technology by combining the simplicity of declarative extensions (SNMP, WMI, Prometheus, SQL-based) with the power of Python-based data sources.
Dynatrace Work Model
This role is primarily offered in a hybrid format, requiring two days per week in our Gdańsk office. However, for candidates based in other locations across Poland, we also offer the option to work fully remotely.
What will help you succeed
* A solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
* Solid 5+ years of experience with Java and professional experience in development
* Experience with test-driven development, clean code, design patterns, etc.
* Ideally you have hands‑on experience in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
* Open‑minded attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies
* Familiar with working in an agile environment
* Team player with a proactive approach
* Get‑things‑done attitude
* Good English communication
