To provide comprehensive support across Perfect Store frameworks, Perfect Store Analysis Lite initiatives, and reporting processes, ensuring the effective management of materials, data, and logistics. This role focuses on maintaining and delivering accurate business updates, facilitating workshops, managing SharePoint resources, performing data analysis, and supporting operational needs to enhance in-store execution and global reporting standards.
We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and support our International Off Premise (Sales Data Management Team) for 15-25 hours/week.
Job Description
PERFECT STORE SUPPORT
In this internship, you'll assist in maintaining and updating materials related to Perfect Store frameworks and initiatives, ensuring they remain accurate and consistent. You'll provide logistical support for meetings and workshops focused on Perfect Store development, helping to streamline processes and encourage collaboration. You'll develop and deliver quarterly business updates on global in-store execution performance, providing insights to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, you'll offer feedback on Business Plans for Perfect Store initiatives and support the Global Head of Sales Data Management with any ad-hoc analysis needs. Managing the PSP Insights Community channel will also be a key task, including the collection and sharing of best practices.
PERFECT STORE ANALYSIS LITE AND GLOBAL PSA SUPPORT
You'll help to manage SharePoint pages to ensure that all PSA and PSA Lite-related documents and reports are up-to-date and easily accessible. As part of your role, you'll handle data entry, cleaning, and preparation for PSA and PSA Lite measurement reports, ensuring reports are thorough and accurate. Under the guidance of the Specialist, you'll provide basic data analysis to contribute to high-impact, data-driven insights.
INSIGHTS & REPORTING SUPPORT
In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the SharePoint Intranet page, ensuring it is consistently updated with the latest Perfect Store information and training materials. You'll provide logistical and operational support for regional review sessions, including coordinating schedules, capturing meeting minutes, and managing follow-ups to keep projects on track. Additionally, you'll assist the team by formatting and proofreading presentations and reports, ensuring all materials are polished and professional.
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
* A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
* Excellence in English is a must
* Excellence in MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and functional awareness of other analysis tools (i.e., BI)
* Team-oriented, well organized, self-driven, hands-on, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
* Ability to work effectively with International Sales Teams and internal and external key stakeholders.
* Understand cultural differences and enjoy working in a diverse job environment
* First project management skills
* Quickly and accurately analyzes complex trends and data and communicates in an easy-to-understand manner
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.221 gross per month, for full-time. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
