As a Senior Go-To-Market Manager, you will shape how our digital products are positioned, launched, and adopted across global markets. Your work ensures that customers, users, and internal teams understand the value of our digital offerings — and are equipped to drive market success.
Integrate customer and field feedback into market analysis to create a unified intelligence loop, that reflects real-world challenges
• Deliver regular management briefings that connect market trends and shifts with strategic opportunities for the product teams
• Co-develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for product and feature launches with responsible (Senior) Product Managers and Product Owners
• Translate customer insights, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence into clear narratives
• Partner with Product Management process
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support/Success, and Marketing on adoption and retention initiatives
• Co-Lead pricing and packaging discussions in alignment with Product Management and portfolio targets
• Recruit, lead, and develop team members as the organization scales to ensure strong market fit and customer relevance with constant feedback implementation into the product development
• Strong understanding of (B2B) SaaS business models, buyer personas, and customer journeys
• Experience in supporting product, marketing and communication teams with content, enablement, and launch execution
• Fluent in German and English
