For a renowned 5-star hotel in Salzburg, we are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie / Pastry Chef(m/f/d).
* Responsibility for desserts and pastries in à la carte service as well as for the preparation of buffets in the banquet area
* Production and preparation of desserts, cakes, and sweets for all F&B outlets
* Ordering and quality control upon receipt of goods
* Preparation of dishes and organizational handling of shifts during all service periods
* Training of our apprentices
* Ensuring proper storage of food and monitoring storage temperatures
* Training and onboarding of new kitchen staff
You are a good fit if you bring the following:
* Several years of experience in the pastry / pâtissier field
* Experience in the kitchen; experience in seminar and banquet areas is advantageous
* Creativity and a sense of responsibility
* Enjoy working in a team
