Responsibilities
* Actively shaping and further developing corporate communications – from strategic direction to hands‑on execution
* Providing communications support for change, transformation and cultural initiatives
* Modern storytelling around strategy, culture, achievements, and the people at Anexia, as well as developing authentic content for our community
* Advising leaders on definition and management of key communication messages
* Managing, maintaining and continuously improving internal communication channels such as newsletters and the intranet
* Conceptualizing and producing content across various formats including text, visuals and video
Qualifications
* A degree in communication, marketing, media studies or a comparable qualification is an advantage
* Professional experience in corporate communications, ideally with an agency background or in a similarly dynamic environment
* You speak the language of the tech audience and reach them through the right channels
* You have a strong instinct for modern communication and know how to apply current formats and trends effectively
* With a high level of social competence, you communicate confidently and appropriately across all levels – from top management to specialist teams
* You work independently and proactively, with the energy and enthusiasm to drive creative ideas forward in a structured way
* Very good written and spoken German and English
