YOUR JOB
You are the first and most crucial point of contact for potential enterprise clients. Through precise pitches, you spark interest among department heads and C‑level executives from the initial outreach. Your mission is to identify needs through smart engagement and technical insight, generating high‑quality meetings for our Account Executives.
Your Job’s Key Responsibilities
* Identify potential B2B clients and conduct targeted outreach to senior decision‑makers (IT, Procurement, Legal, HR, Logistics) using our CRM, Dealfront, or online research via phone, email, and social selling.
* Develop and implement outbound lead generation strategies in close coordination with your Team Lead.
* Connect with potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling on professional networks.
* Analyze customer needs and position tailored solution scenarios.
* Maintain data in our CRM to ensure a seamless handoff to the Account Executive.
* Coordinate appointments independently and provide proactive support throughout the sales process, including management of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
* Scale the SDR function as one of the first Outbound SDRs in the team, helping us reach the next level.
* Long‑term perspective: Take over coordination of external service providers and agencies, eventually leading Inside Sales operations holistically.
Your Skills
* A completed degree in business administration (University, FH, or equivalent).
* Sales experience in the services and/or software industry.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
* The ability to explain complex concepts simply and present them in a customer‑oriented manner.
* Team player with typical sales resilience, goal orientation, enthusiasm, and passion.
* Absolute Hunter mentality – you genuinely enjoy hunting new business.
* Proactive and responsible work style.
* Strong digital and technical understanding required.
* Ideally prior experience with Dealfront, Pipedrive, and Confluence (Atlassian).

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The minimum annual salary for full‑time employment, based on the current collective IT agreement, is €42,882 gross per year.
