Job Description
Partner with senior leadership as a strategic advisor to define and execute Intact’s go-to-market strategy
Own revenue planning, forecasting, and performance management
Translate strategic goals into operational plans and measurable targets
Manage and optimize the full customer lifecycle: Lead, Opportunity, Deal, Retention
Design and standardize scalable processes across Marketing, Sales, and Account Management/Customer Success
Own Salesforce, Gong, and the rest of the revenue tech stack (data model, automation, integrations, user management)
Build dashboards and insights to identify funnel bottlenecks and drive conversion improvements
Act as a central coordination point for all revenue-related initiatives
Lead the Revenue Operations function, ensuring consistent processes, clean data, and strong sales execution
Develop team members and establish best practices
Your Background
Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, including leadership experience
Strong Salesforce and Gong expertise and proficiency with revenue analytics tools
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Clear communicator who translates data into actionable, stakeholder-friendly insights
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong ownership for data quality
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Collaborative team player with cross-cultural sensitivity and strong organizational skills
Willingness to travel (globally)

Responsibilities
Build & Ship: develop features, improvements, and bug fixes for Intact AI (production) and reliably ship them live
Agentic workflows: orchestrate agent workflows (tool use/function calling), ensure structured outputs, and implement validation
RAG & integrations: build and improve RAG pipelines (chunking/embeddings/retrieval/re-ranking), integrate APIs, and develop user-facing features
Quality & operations: define evals/regression tests, monitor quality/latency/cost, and continuously optimize the systems
Incident ownership: analyze production issues, fix them sustainably, and prevent recurrence
Qualifications
4+ years of software engineering experience (production applications)
Hands‑on experience with LLM applications in production (operations/maintenance)
Knowledge of RAG in practice (chunking, embeddings, retrieval, re‑ranking)
Experience with agentic systems (orchestration, tool use/function calling) and structured outputs (schemas/validation)
Strong in Python; Azure know‑how is a plus
Ownership mindset and confident debugging across multiple components
Clear communication, pragmatic documentation, and enjoyment of teamwork (tech & product)
Analytical thinking, structured approach to ambiguous problems, and fast, clean solutions
Proactivity, wise prioritization, and reliable delivery
Excellent English skills required; German skills are a plus
