Job Description
We are looking for responsible employees for the position of Group Lead Logistics.
* Technical and disciplinary leadership of plant logistics (core warehouse, internal logistics, packaging, intercompany operations – Plant 6).
* Ensure efficiency, quality, and occupational safety across all logistics areas within the assigned plant.
* Lead, develop, and support employees, while effectively communicating company information, objectives, and strategies.
* Drive the continuous improvement and development of the respective logistics functions.
* Monitor and contribute to the development of KPIs within the area of responsibility.
* Act as the single point of contact for all logistics‑related topics within the plant.
* Demonstrate a cross‑functional mindset, positive attitude, and strong hands‑on approach, complemented by excellent leadership capabilities.
* Completed vocational training with a focus on logistics.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a leadership role, preferably in logistics.
* Very good command of English and strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP EWM/ERP).
* Strong technical understanding.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on cost awareness.

Your annual salary is based on your previous professional experience and educational level and ranges between € 60.000,- und €75.000,- gross pa. full‑time basis.
