Responsibilities
* Drive Market Growth: Develop and execute the Austrian sales strategy in alignment with the company’s European objectives. Build and expand relationships with distributors, installers, and key partners to achieve sustainable sales growth.
* Manage Customer Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for Austrian customers. Maintain strong, long‑term relationships through regular visits, performance reviews, and tailored commercial support.
* Lead Sales Execution: Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, order processing, and after‑sales service.
* Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with the Solutions, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure commercial activities align with product availability, pricing, and promotional plans.
* Monitor Market Trends: Analyze Austrian market dynamics, including competitor activity, pricing structures, and regulatory developments. Provide regular feedback to management to guide strategic decisions.
* Support Business Planning: Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and sales analyses. Contribute to annual planning and performance reviews for the Austrian market.
* Represent the Company: Participate in trade fairs, customer events, and training sessions to enhance brand visibility and support the local partner network.
Your Profile
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
* Experience: 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the renewable energy, electrical, or technology sectors. Proven success in managing distributor or installer networks in Austria is a strong advantage.
* Skills: Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills. Strong analytical ability and strategic mindset. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross‑border teams.
* Languages: Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
