* Implementation of new management tools and standards
* Preparation and tracking of improvement projects
* Preparation and moderation of OPEX assessment
Support budgeting at regional and plant levels with coverage of:
* KPI planning
* Capacity and resource planning
* Investment planning
Execute Trainings And Workshops With Focus On
* Lean and Six Sigma tools
* Operational controlling
* Collaboration and communication
What makes you great
* University degree in engineering or a related field, demonstrating a solid technical foundation.
* Over 5 years of experience in continuous improvement within lean manufacturing.
* Strong background in supply chain management, including logistics, production planning, order management, or master data management.
* Project management and leadership skills to drive initiatives and lead teams effectively.
* Team-oriented and collaborative individual who thrives in a cooperative environment.
* Proficient in English and Czech, with German being an advantage.
* Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the working time.
