Consultant for Personnel Deployment
* Analysis of customer requirements and development of optimal PEP configurations
* Conducting workshops and providing consulting on best practices in workforce management
* Support in planning and implementing integrations (interfaces, exports/imports)
* Configuration of PEP according to customer-specific requirements
* Support with data preparation, system checks and productive rollout
* Establishment of productivity models, planning rules and legal frameworks
* 1st and 2nd level support in cooperation with the PEP Helpdesk
* Ongoing optimization of existing customer solutions
* Receiving feedback and contributing to continuous product development
* Support with training
You bring that with you
* Experience in retail, workforce management or HR environments is an advantage.
* Basic technical understanding (interfaces, Azure cloud solutions)
* Experience with workforce planning systems
* Ideally, experience in consulting or software rollout.
* Industry knowledge in retail
* Good knowledge of Excel/CSV and a basic understanding of data structures
* Analytical skills and an understanding of complex rule sets
* Enjoyment of customer contact, workshops and solution-oriented work
* Excellent German skills, English is an advantage
* Independent, structured work style and strong service orientation

Gross monthly salary starting from EUR 2,800.00
The actual salary depends on professional experience and qualifications.
Employment level: Full-time and part-time possible (from 20 hours/week)
