Position: Pastry Cook – Dstrikt Steakhouse, Evening Shift
Location: The Ritz-Carlton Vienna, Schubertring 5-7, Vienna, Austria
Schedule: Full Time, Wednesday – Sunday, PM shift
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and presentation of high‑quality desserts and pastry items for the evening service at Dstrikt Steakhouse
* Ensuring efficient mise en place for a smooth and timely dinner service
* Contributing to the development and refinement of dessert offerings in collaboration with the Pastry Chef
* Supporting the coordination of workflow within the pastry section during evening operations
* Production of bread and baked goods; knowledge of bread‑making is considered an advantage
* Ensuring proper storage of all food items in compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pastry section at all times
Your Qualifications
* Successfully completed vocational training as a chef or confectioner
* Relevant experience in a pastry kitchen, ideally within a high‑end restaurant environment
* Interest or experience in bread‑making is advantageous
* Strong professional skills combined with creativity and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, especially during evening service
* High level of quality awareness and passion for gastronomy
* Good knowledge of English; German is an advantage

Statutory gross minimum remuneration: €2,263.00 per month. Higher salary may be offered based on qualifications and experience.
