Job Description
* Support and assist Vice President BU in running and further developing the BU
* Information and data processing for strategic steering of BU
* Conduct Budget and Multi Year Planning on BU level
* Investment planning
* Develop and optimize local, product line and BU Finance organization
* Drive and support implementation of group standards across BU
* Contribute to business model development from finance perspective
* Develop, collect and check BU KPIs for completeness/ timeliness in cooperation with the group function
* Support monthly and annual group reporting in line with Group reporting calendar
* Define, collect and check BU KPIs for completeness / timeliness in cooperation with the group function
* M&A support (Due Diligence and Post-Merger-Integration)
* Develop and drive internal and external pricing strategies in alignment with P&S BU and Group Finance (including Transfer Pricing documentation)
* Assist / coordinate BU relevant Tax topics
* Participate in / support on bid-process
* Act as partner for group functions, product lines and local entities
* Support group functions in alignments with BU entities on various Finance topics, such as e.g. IC financing, Working Capital management, impairments
Qualifications
* A successfully completed degree with a focus on finance, accounting, controlling, etc.
* Several years of relevant professional experience in an international environment
* Experience in budgeting, multi-year planning, investment controlling, group reporting, and tax matters
* Knowledge of implementing a financial strategy aligned with corporate goals
* Experience providing financial insights and recommendations to management, as well as serving as an internal and external point of contact for various stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Strong analytical and interdisciplinary thinking
* Initiative, quick comprehension, and an independent, precise, and proactive work style
* Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and action, high sense of responsibility

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly above the collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises.
