Associate Partner - Corporate Finance Advisory

Adan seeks the top talent on the planet. Adan is initiating various programmes on behalf of our clients which require significant experience and a demonstrable successful track record in M&A, fund-raising, company due-diligence, and financial modelling. We are seeking experienced corporate finance strategists to apply their experience to our portfolio of work for clients in Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East, North America, South America, and Australia.

Contribution to the Firm

* Demonstrates visions and values by example rather than in words alone
* Contributes to the building of Adan's Intellectual Property including precedents, templates, case management and workflows
* Directs and supports Backoffice teams in areas such as market research, client engagement, marketing
* Directs and supports Technology and Marketing enablement teams in areas such as CRM / Salesforce Management, Data Collection / Analytics
* Assists in the development of leading edge Knowledge Management and high level technical know-how
* Actively helps build Adan's processes and systems which contribute to Adan's ability to grow its business including quality control/improvement, governance and management structure
* Contributes to the development of a homogeneous culture and esprit de corps


Business Development

* Achieves sustained value by originating clients (or supporting partners)
* Directs and supports Sales teams in areas such as Cross-selling and introducing clients and referrers to others
* Builds marketing visions and strategies which are long-term, compelling and market-focused
* Performs an ambassadorial role to assist in the building of networks and profile


Client Relationship Management

* Works on Deal Origination, Qualification, and Prospecting
* Effectively builds, develops and maintains strong client relationships
* Performs detailed analysis of market trends, investment strategies of clients


People Management, Leadership and Team/Skills Development

* Developing the profile of Adan's people, their skills, abilities and strengths/weaknesses in depth and skills
* Setting the right example throughout Adan in term of work ethic, personal conduct and crisis management
* Achieving cooperation from team members out of respect rather than fear
* Understanding the obligation to use power appropriately and the danger of the inappropriate use of power
* Harnessing the power of the firm by creating, organising and energising powerful teams including the extent to which individuals within teams are encouraged to push the boundaries of their own team roles
* Developing and assisting people by coaching, mentoring, counselling and developing them in any of the following disciplines - corporate finance, law, marketing, sales, career, work-life balance, individual growth and networking
