YOUR JOB
You are responsible for the strategic expansion of our market presence in the DACH region. As a seasoned professional in Enterprise Solution Sales you act as a trusted advisor at the C‑level, confidently navigate complex sales cycles, understand your customers’ strategic goals and close deals with strong negotiation skills and a closing mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the sales cycle for the Goldright Enterprise Suite to B2B clients from lead generation to contract closure and handover to the Consulting Team
* Representing Goldright at relevant trade fairs, conferences, webinars and networking events
* Active identification, outreach and acquisition of new customers
* Building and maintaining long‑term strategic relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders
* Delivering presentations, managing complex negotiations and closing deals at the management level
* Collaborating closely with the Marketing Team to develop and implement sales campaigns
* Supporting tenders and RfPs
* Independent management and optimization of your pipeline in the CRM (Prive)
* Providing customer feedback and market insights to Product Management for continuous improvement
Job Requirements – YOUR SKILLS
* At least 35 years of practical B2B sales experience, ideally focused on Enterprise Solution Selling
* Basic understanding of data management concepts and ideally experience with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
* In‑depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the DACH region and a keen sense of current market trends
* Strong closing skills and a mindset focused on customer value (Smart Selling instead of Hard Selling)
* Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills across all levels
* High level of initiative, self‑motivation and the ability to work independently and set priorities
* Business‑fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
* Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
* Willingness to travel occasionally to clients and industry events
Beneficial Skills
* Initial exposure to or basic knowledge of compliance topics such as ESG, Supply Chain Act, NIS2 or the AI Act to position our solution within regulatory contexts
* Prior experience in data migration projects and a good understanding of the SAP environment

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. For legal reasons we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full‑time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is €53 802 gross per year for this position.
