About you
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
Experience in the finance areas of accounts payables, accounts receivables and inventory
Extensive experience with data entry into MYOB software
Managing large volumes of paperwork with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Building and maintaining positive engagement with third-party suppliers and clients and utilising their online forms and processes
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly, Word, Excel and Outlook
Juggling multiple tasks efficiently and to set timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working autonomously and as part of a team
About the role
Matching of third party supplier invoices to purchase orders and quotes, ensuring that quantities and pricing are as approved
Data entry of third party supplier invoices into MYOB software, including costing costs to client jobs and entering into inventory
Preparing detailed invoices for clients including supporting documentation for costs attributable to the job
Reconciling accounts payables to supplier statements monthly
Regular inventory stocktakes
Dealing with third party suppliers and client accounts payables teams
About the benefits
Flexible hours of work between 30-38hours/wk
A salary to be discussed pending experience.
Employer superannuation @11.5% of salary.
