We are looking for a passionate
Quality Manager
to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a vital role in elevating the overall guest experience and ensuring that all hotel operations. This position supports the hotel's leadership team in maintaining the highest level of service excellence, monitoring brand standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that create genuine, memorable, and meaningful experiences for our guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitor the guest journey across all touchpoints to ensure consistency with Rosewood's luxury standards.
* Review and analyze guest feedback from all channels (surveys, reviews, direct comments) and identify trends and opportunities.
* Implement and uphold Rosewood brand standards and ensure consistent compliance throughout all departments.
* Conduct regular quality audits and inspections across Rooms, F&B, Spa, and other guest-facing areas.
* Ensure readiness for Forbes, LQA, and brand audits; coordinate training and follow-up actions.
* Conduct Service Excellence, communication, and guest engagement training for associates and leaders.
* Support onboarding of new associates with a focus on Rosewood standards and culture.
* Provide coaching to department leaders on service delivery, guest interaction, and complaint handling.
* Collaborate closely with Talent & Culture to integrate quality initiatives into development programs.
