Responsibilities
All of our cutting‑edge products are designed and engineered in Austria. In this position you will own the following tasks alongside the entire product development cycle:
* Mechanical development, design and construction of prototypes
* Improvement of mechanical components and assemblies
* Implementation of analyses, calculations and simulations
* Cost‑oriented design, optimisation and assessment of manufacturability
* Close collaboration in an agile project environment with product designers, technicians and colleagues from other disciplines
Requirements
* Mechanical engineer with several years of experience – preferably in the consumer electronics sector – taking products through the development life cycle from initial design to mass production.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes, part design and tooling for plastics, metal stamping, die casting and machining, as well as design for manufacturing.
* Good understanding and application of tolerance analysis.
* Experience with SolidWorks.
* Experience with FEA in COMSOL.
* Fluent in English; German language skills not required.
* Available on location in Vienna.

Compensation
Your performance is remunerated with a market‑compliant salary of minimum EUR 4,000 (full‑time, 40 h per week), adjustable to your experience and qualifications.
