Project Manager/in (w/m/d)
International project handling - custom made decorative lighting fixtures
In different seniority levels (project manager, senior project manager) to start as soon as possible.
We are looking for you for a versatile and interesting field of activity with independent areas of responsibility.
Aufgaben
* First-class customer service in an international upscale environment
* Supporting distribution and sales activities
* Analysing customer requirements and development tailored solution concepts (custom-made decorative lighting fixtures)
* Commercial project responsibility including independent preparation of quotations
* Complete project calculation (and post-calculation)
* Creating tender documents and specifications in cooperation with the in-house engineering, design and commercial teams
* Reviewing project contracts
* Coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, designers, architects, developers, technicians, etc.)
* Managing projects to ensure on-time, high-quality, cost-efficient execution
* After-Sales Service and claim management
Profil
* Completed higher education (preferably architecture, mechanical engineering or comparable)
* Solid experience in project management, ideally in the decorative premium lighting sector
* Experience in the contract business, e.g. Outfitter sector
* Independent, solution- and result-oriented way of working
* Excellent knowledge of English and excellent Excel skills
* Basic technical understanding and interest in technology & design
* High affinity for sales
* Competent, team-oriented appearance, appreciative manners and interpersonal skills
* Pragmatic attitude
* Willingness and availability to Travel
* Valid EU work-permit

For this position, the minimum salary for full-time employment (38.5 hours per week) is EUR 40.000,-/year. The company is prepared to pay a higher salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and previous experience.
