Job Overview
The Financial Analyst (f/m/d) will play a critical role with respect to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, growth planning and special projects across the company. This role will provide thoughtful insight into business trends to internal business partners and our executive team to facilitate key decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring operating expenses actuals and collaboratively business partnering with the functional leaders to inform and support spending analysis and cost/budget management.
* Own monthly forecasts and manage budgets for COGS and OPEX
* Contribute to a quarterly financial forecast process that updates the organization on the latest best estimate of future financial performance.
* Maintain standard reports, together with periodical forecasting that deliver key insights for critical decision-making
* Provide financial controlling, reporting and analysis to monitor progress against the annual budget and rolling forecasts
* Perform other ad-hoc reporting, analysis and tasks as needed and assigned to support Company and Group objectives
* Develop cross-functional relationships demonstrating the value that a finance team and consistent financial reporting can add to the decision-making process
Required Skills
* You have a completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and/or Accounting and at least two years of professional experience in Finance and Controlling/FP&A. Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
* You are proficient in working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Reporting & Planning tools (BI, SAP, etc.)
* You impress with excellent communication skills (German and English) as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
* You have solid expertise in analyzing business processes and can demonstrate proven success in driving improvement initiatives within an organization.
* You are characterized by a structured, organized, and independent way of working
* You bring motivation, commitment, strong technical, problem solving & analytical skills, a pronounced team spirit, and a hands‑on mentality.
For this position, we offer an attractive, market competitive salary. If you meet the above requirements, you can expect a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 48.500,- (based on full‑time employment / 38.5 hours per week, excluding variable components, all in). Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher overpayment is possible. The final salary will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
