Customer Care Executive (m/f/x)

Bilingual – German and English

Thaur, Tirol | full-time (40h/week) | part‑time options starting at 20h/week possible

Your Mission

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service in both German and English. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve written communication, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our diverse customer base. You will also work closely with our supplier partners, particularly in the areas of carrier services and returns management. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our dynamic, customer‑focused Innsbruck team where your contributions will directly impact the customer experience.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Customer Support: Provide high‑quality support to customers via email in both English and German.
* Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, questions, and feedback, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
* Order Management: Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and ensure proper documentation and communication.
* Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with carrier and returns partners to ensure the efficient and timely processing of shipments, returns and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Product Information: Provide detailed product information and guidance, ensuring customers make informed purchasing decisions.
* Follow‑Up: Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing concerns – including bank claims.
* Database Management: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the system.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., IT, Logistics) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.


Who You Are

* Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
* Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (preferably in a bilingual environment).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first mindset.
* Ability to handle high‑volume customer interactions while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
* Proficient in using customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk).
* Attention to detail and a strong organisational ability.
* Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Experience working with external supplier partners, particularly in logistics or returns management, is a plus.


Desirable Skills

* Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Experience with e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.
* A solution‑focused approach.
* Familiarity with the apparel / nutrition industry is a bonus.
* Multitasking ability: Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritising effectively in a busy environment.
* Data analysis skills: Ability to interpret customer feedback or data to inform decision‑making and improve customer care processes.
* Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to new systems, processes, and customer needs with ease, maintaining a positive attitude.
