Overview
We\'re looking for an experienced SAP FICO / FSCM Consultant to join a leading client and play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting financial processes within SAP S/4HANA.
This position will suit someone who combines strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) with hands-on experience in Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules such as Credit Management, Dispute Management, and Collections Management.
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver SAP FICO / FSCM solutions across full project lifecycles - from design and configuration to go-live and support.
* Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions.
* Configure key FICO processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Centre Accounting.
* Implement and optimise FSCM components such as:
*
o Credit Management (SAP Credit Management / S/4HANA Credit Management)
o Collections Management
o Dispute Management
o Treasury and Cash Management (optional but advantageous)
* Support integration with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, TRM) and third-party systems.
* Conduct testing, end-user training, and documentation.
* Provide post go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 2+ years in FSCM.
* Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance projects (implementation or migration).
* Strong functional understanding of core finance processes - P2P, O2C, R2R.
* Experience with configuration, testing, and user support.
* Good knowledge of integration points between FICO, FSCM, and other SAP modules.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in German & English
Nice to Have
* Experience with SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM).
* Understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori apps, or reporting tools (e.g., SAC, BW/4HANA).
* SAP certification in Finance or FSCM.
