Drive concept and scope definitions and feature design by involving subject matter experts. Establish work breakdown structure and determine technical specifications for implementation teams. Closely collaborate with a global build teams and with stakeholders in all functions to drive digital transformation by implementing sustainable solutions. Collaborate with experienced Digital Transformation Partners in discussing digitalization demands with various business functions, advising on hardware, software, and infrastructure needs, and supporting business case development Support established product owners in maintaining a healthy well prioritized backlog. Drive IT project implementation from definition to adoption including the coordination of software releases executed in mission-based teams Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to project stakeholders on all organizational levels. Coordinate resolution of Level 3 support tickets for digital solutions. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices and workflows. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, International Business, Engineering or related Passionate about software development and Digitalization Basic understanding and first insights in agile software development Experience in project management with global and virtual teams Fundamental knowledge of business needs and high learning capability to understand business processes with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence Strong problem-solving abilities and capability of articulating specific technical topics or assignments Strong team player, inclusive & open-minded approach, high say/do ratio, strong interpersonal skillset Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity At INNIO, we offer an attractive compensation package that is above the collective agreement for the metal industry.
