Your contribution will be
* Establishing a centralised, cross-location and cross-country safety and security management framework
* Creating organisation-wide safety and security standard documents
* Ensuring regular trainings on safety, security and travel management for different internal stakeholder groups
* Leading the assessment and improvement of the organisation’s global insurance coverage and ensuring adequate protection across all FOUR PAWS entities
* Coordinating insurance relations and handling policies contracted by VIER PFOTEN International
* Developing further and mentoring the organisational travel management
Your profile ideally illustrates
* Several years of relevant professional experience in an international field
* University Degree in Safety and Security Management, Economic Science, Business Administration or equivalent
* Professional knowledge of safety and security
* Communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English and German
* Ability to distill complex concepts and recommendations in a simple manner
* Analytical thinking with problem solving ability
* Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission

* The yearly gross salary range for this position is 52,000 - 59,000 EUR (full-time base, consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme
