A team of gaming veterans, fully backed by prominent investors, is building the future of
gaming. We are assembling our foundational team and are looking for a pioneering Product
Designer to join as a critical early member. This is a rare opportunity to define a product's
DNA from its inception, establish our design culture, and have a profound impact on our
journey from day one. You won't just be joining a company; you'll be helping to build it.
What You'll Do
Define the Vision: Own the entire user experience, from high-level product strategy and
user research down to hands-on, pixel-perfect UI execution.
Be a Core Partner: Act as the voice of design within the foundational team, collaborating
intensely with engineering and product leadership to shape our roadmap and priorities.
Collaborate: communicate and advocate the design needs. Help push the product
quality by defining its needs. Lead the communication with related freelancers
Build from Scratch: Establish our design process and culture from the ground up,
creating the initial design system, component libraries, and workflows in Figma.
Execute with Speed: Move quickly from concept to reality, creating all necessary design
artifacts including journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
Innovate with AI: Champion an AI-native workflow, embedding modern tools to
accelerate ideation, iteration, and asset creation.
Who You Are
An Experienced Builder: You have 5+ years as product or UI/UX designer, with a
portfolio that clearly demonstrates your experience leading projects from zero-to-one.
User first: Experienced with complex B2C products, ideally in iGaming or Social Casino.
A True Self-Starter: You thrive in ambiguity, embrace high ownership, and are motivated
by the challenge of building things from the ground up.
A Figma Master: Your proficiency in Figma is expert-level.
AI-Native: You are fluent in using AI tools as an integral part of your design process and
can speak to how they improve your work.
A Clear Communicator: You possess exceptional communication skills, essential for
articulating design decisions and collaborating within a tight-knit, remote team.
