Further, Accounting AT takesover the business owner function for implementation of accountingprojects for the Austrian sector (ie. treasury products, FPSLsubledger). The department acts as operative single point ofcontact for internal and external auditors. Aufgaben - Leadership:Lead, foster, motivate and develop a team of 9 people taking intoaccount the changing conditions (e.g. future competencies,digitalization, hybrid working) - Responsibility for FinancialStatements and internal reporting: Manage monthly/yearly accountingreports and relevant reporting processes and systems accordingUGB/BWG and IFRS, especially for Erste Group and Erste Bank.
