We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Team Leader with at least 5 years of experience in Australian public accounting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to oversee and delegate tasks to their team.

About the Role
* Provide team guidance and technical advice, creating a collaborative work environment.
* Work with Senior Management to streamline processes and develop operational efficiencies.
* Review and delegate compliance tasks (financial reports, tax returns, etc.).
* Oversee annual tax planning and provide specialised tax optimisation advice.
* Review and manage advisory reports on clients' business performance and strategic planning.
* Communicate complex accounting, taxation, and business matters clearly.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 5 years in tax and business services roles.
* At least 2+ years as a manager or team leader.
* Proven track record in workflow management and meeting client deadlines.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Experience servicing a diverse client base.
* Proficiency in accounting software, especially Xero.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
