Are you a professional seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and fast developing business? By joining us in Tyrol, Austria as Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d), you will become part of the Global Sales team.

This role is essential for primarily developing, as well as maintaining and improving direct customer contacts and relationships in line with the defined "Go to Market" philosophy. By engaging with our customers, you will work towards delivering the company's ambitious growth targets. The focus is on selling and promoting products, services, concepts, and solutions offered by the Measurement Solutions Business Unit.

1. Manage End User accounts (Refining, Oil & Gas, Life Science, Chemical) and OEM / EPC customers in Austria to achieve the agreed orders, sales and profitability targets.

2. Promote the sale of Emerson’s products & services & strategically negotiate, keeping in mind long term opportunities in line with DACH Sales Organization.

3. Manage and further develop Emerson’s market position with Measurement Solution Portfolio by understanding the customer’s business drivers & goals and keeping up-to-date with their situations.

4. Prepare and be responsible for an annual booking budget by product / value / period.

5. Maintain a project opportunity list and Site plans for the assigned account in CRM.

6. Understand and work in team project form for more sophisticated requests.

7. Participate in relevant industry events.

For This Role, You Will Need:

8. Technical degree, or equivalent experience

9. Proven sales / business development experiencein a commercial role

10. CRM & MS Office tools

11. Proficiency in English and German language

12. Willingness to travel regionally and internationally

13. Driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
