YOUR CONTRIBUTION
* You take over and support tasks in field service, such as service coordination and scheduling - this includes:
o Creating, monitoring and resolving service tickets,
o Planning service assignments and
o Creating and checking reports and evaluations
* You are in regular contact with our service technicians, customers, suppliers and service branches in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and Oman.
YOUR SKILLSET
* You are qualified for your role with a commercial or technical education with a high school diploma (HAK, HTL, HBLA, etc.) or professional experience in a comparable position.
* You have very good German and English skills.
* You have experience with scheduling, time and resource management as well as strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
* As a communicative personality, you are characterized by an independent and structured way of working, and you also maintain an overview even in challenging situations.

Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to point out that the collective agreement minimum salary for this position starts at a gross annual salary at around €35,000.00. We offer an overpayment (even significant ones) which is based on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
