Position Overview
You will contribute to Ball's success by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through on-time deliveries, order management, and close collaboration with all relevant employees and partners. Additionally, you will coordinate master data procurement and management in Promenta.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Fulfilling customer requirements through on-time deliveries and immediate contact with the customer in the event of a foreseeable delivery delay.
* Correct management of assigned delivery orders in cooperation with the responsible shipping companies.
* Timely forwarding of all incoming complaints and claims to the responsible departments.
* Reports and sales tables of the stock levels of cans from SAP.
* Delivery of cans and lids from other BALL plants through.continuous monitoring of stock levels.
* Close continuous collaboration with the planning of the Central Hub.
* Creation and management of customer recycling orders.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in customer support.
* Preferable knowledge of SAP and MS-Office.
* Fluent English and German, spoken and written.
