Your Responsibilities
Lead and optimize process management, project controlling, and operational efficiency in the Power Plant Engineering Department
Act as process expert: develop, implement, and continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and templates, driving digitalization and standardization initiatives
Manage and control projects, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and alignment with project requirements, quality standards, and technical specifications
Coordinate and monitor engineering schedules, deliverables, and milestones, supporting technical reviews, design freeze meetings, and change management
Support engineering teams in resolving technical issues, removing process bottlenecks, and providing training on best practices and process adherence
Collaborate with project managers, engineering leads, and other departments for seamless project execution, and prepare project documentation, status reports, and lessons learned
Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and present project analysis, process maps, and optimization measures
Your Profile
Master’s or similar degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, with 15+ years’ experience in process management, project controlling, and operational development
Proven leadership in consulting, project management, and digital transformation, with expertise in operational controlling systems and engineering workflows
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar), production data acquisition tools, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
Project Management Certification and business project controlling expertise; proficiency in IT tools like Adonis and JIRA
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English (B2 level or higher)
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset, strong leadership and team coordination abilities, passion for continuous improvement, and ability to manage multiple projects independently
Willingness to travel up to 30%
