Join us in driving the success of our Integrated Core Power semiconductor platform, a paradigm shift in delivering fully integrated power solutions to AI, Data Management, Consumer and Wearables. You’ll be at the intersection of cutting-edge engineering and global market strategy, helping redefine what’s possible in terms of industry leading power density, efficiency and system integration.
Your Role
As an Application Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between our advanced power semiconductor products and our AI-focused and other customers. You’ll work closely with design engineers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our solutions are seamlessly integrated into high-performance systems.
* Collaborate with customers to understand system requirements and recommend optimal power solutions
* Provide hands-on support during evaluation, prototyping, and production phases
* Troubleshoot and resolve application-level issues
* Develop reference designs, application notes, and white papers
* Conduct technical training and workshops for internal teams and customers
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences
* Work with R&D to influence product development based on market feedback
* Partner with marketing to define product positioning and messaging
* Support sales teams with technical collateral
* Perform lab characterization of power devices in system environments
* Benchmark performance metrics such as efficiency, thermal behavior, and EMI
Your Profile
* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field
* 5 – 7 years minimum in application engineering, preferably in power semiconductors
* Strong understanding of DC-DC converters, WBG devices, custom silicon, thermal management and system integration
* Experience with simulation tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus
* Knowledge of data center power distribution and energy efficiency standards
* Prior customer-facing role in a fast-paced, global environment
