Responsibilities
Planning, estimating, and executing mixed-signal floorplans for IP macros and subsystems
Driving analog full-custom layout implementation, from block level to top level
Performing layout verification and ensuring compliance with design and reliability rules
Collaborating closely with circuit designers to meet performance- and area targets
Coordinating with subsystem and top-level layout teams to ensure seamless integration
Qualifications
A university (of applied sciences) degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable
Experience in RF and analog full-custom layout design
Good understanding of layout techniques for integrated analog circuits, such as matching, noise, coupling, shielding and IR‑drop as well as all kinds of layout‑dependent effects (LDE) in deep submicron technologies
Knowledge of CAD tools for physical design (Cadence, Mentor)
Unix/Linux OS experience
Good English skills with German skills as a plus

The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
