THE TASKS AWAITING YOU
1. Take full ownership of the motorcycle design concept — from initial sketch to final product
2. Develop feasible design solutions by balancing creative vision with technical requirements and industrialization processes
3. Translate bold ideas into market-ready, high-impact design solutions
4. Integrate innovative tools like AI, VR, and digital design technologies into the creative workflow
5. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with quality and design objectives
6. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing
7. Ensure a consistent brand presence across all design touchpoints
8. Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to continuously evolve our design language
HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US
9. Completed degree in product or transportation design
10. At least 5 years of professional experience in product design in the automotive or motorcycle industry
11. Business fluent written and spoken English, German an advantage
12. Confident use of Adobe
13. Affinity for motorsport and enthusiasm for motorcycles, motorcycle licence an advantage
14. Independent, structured and proactive approach to work
15. Creative and reliable personality with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
16. Strong communication skills, organisational talent and strong conceptual thinking
