Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain software components that support our business objectives, focusing on performance, reliability, and security.
* Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and break down complex problems into manageable development tasks.
* Contribute to code reviews, share knowledge and help uphold engineering best practices.
* Participate in testing, debugging and resolving issues to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
* Write clear, concise documentation to support your work and help others build on it.
* Support the adoption of agile workflows and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and team learning.
* Explore and experiment with new technologies and approaches that could improve product quality or team productivity.
Qualifications
* Do you have 7+ years of experience in software development (Java) with a solid understanding of software engineering principles and experience writing production‑ready code?
* Do you have at least one year of experience with Spring Boot and with relational databases (preferred PostgreSQL)?
* Do you have a proven ability to implement cloud‑native applications (AWS)?
* Are you familiar with event‑driven architecture & tools (preferable Kafka) as well as with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices?
