This position is part of Engineering controlling department which is separated into project management office (PMO) & Engineering operations. It requires high cross-functional interaction across various business departments ensuring efficient processes & execution within Engineering. In addition, supporting the VP Product Development Jenbacher is key responsibility for this position.

Your Responsibilities:
* Office & meeting management for VP Product Development Jenbacher
* Travel management incl. seminar/conferences
* Building management for Engineering facilities in JB incl. office material management
* Managing the distribution lists of Engineering (JB, HUN, PL)
* Support Engineering department on workshop management for special meetings incl. foods, beverages, booking for casino, etc.
* Provide discrete and confidential coordination of sensitive company information
* Support Engineering Operations Management team in daily tasks, as budget planning, project execution, process management and procurement
* Support flexibility strategy in Engineering by driving contractor / SoW management
* Drive & execute special initiatives on process improvements as part of the Future Engineering framework
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
* Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills; experience with O365
* Ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, and maintain confidentiality
* Enjoy working in an international, dynamic team; business fluent in German and/or English
* Experience with product development in complex technical environment, continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma is a plus), and BI tools (ServiceNow, Tableau, Oracle)
