Your tasks
* Social media strategy & implementation: You will develop and implement holistic social media strategies for our hotel clients.
* Content & community management: You will create and manage editorial plans, take on community management, and carry out performance evaluations.
* Social Ads Campaigns: You will plan, design, and optimize social ads campaigns, including budget responsibility.
* Workshops & Pitches: You will conduct workshops, pitches, and strategy meetings with your clients.
* Mentoring & Coordination: You will support colleagues (e.g., trainees, interns) and ensure quality assurance.
* Analysis & reporting: You evaluate campaigns, create reports, and derive optimizations.
* Innovation & trend awareness: You scout new platforms, AI tools, and content formats and actively incorporate them into your work, e.g., for the introduction of new products.
Your profile
* Education: You have a university degree (e.g., business administration, media, information science, tourism management) or comparable training.
* Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in social media marketing—ideally in the hotel industry, tourism, or at an agency.
* Social media ads & KPIs: You have very good knowledge of social media ads, tracking, KPIs, and reporting.
* Creativity & Tools: You are creative, skilled at storytelling, and confident in using tools such as Canva, InDesign, and MS Office.
* Language skills: You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
* AI Drive: You are enthusiastic about AI tools and new technologies, contribute your own use cases, and use AI far beyond ChatGPT.
* Mindset & working style: You are hands‑on, innovative, and enthusiastic about trends, travel, and the hotel industry. At the same time, you think strategically, are strong in operations, and have an analytical understanding.
* Responsibility for yourself and others: You enjoy taking on responsibility, actively share your knowledge with colleagues, and are a strong advisor, organized, and team-oriented.
* Bonus: Experience in project management or mentoring colleagues is a plus.
Further information
- Gross monthly salary of at least €3.572,- on a full‑time basis.
- Additional pay based on qualifications and professional experience.
