Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our procurement team in rolling out and continuously improving our procurement systems.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting global project managers, managing technical configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This position requires the ability to work independently on projects and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
* Support procurement systems project managers in global projects
* Collect and evaluate feedback from users to continuously improve our solutions
* Conduct testing and documentation of new procurement tools and features
* Work independently on continuous improvement projects of our solutions
* Assist in implementing a global data management strategy and lead defined sub-workstreams
* Collaborate with global cross-group teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
* Develop & maintain dashboards and reports, and prepare ad-hoc analysis to support decision making
* Create documentations and professional management presentations
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Completed higher education in business administration, information systems, supply chain management, or a related field
* Experience with procurement systems and/or procurement processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and data analytics tools like Power BI is a plus
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Basic project management skills
* Fluent in English, German is an asset
* Willingness to travel as required (occasional business trips)
