We seek an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Innsbruck. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and be able to manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement of candidates.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall recruiting process and candidate management in the white and blue collar sector.
• Expansion and maintenance of your customer network as well as new customer acquisition.
• Management and processing of existing projects/customers from A-Z.
• Active placement and direct placement of candidates.
• Support of our employees from onboarding to departure.
• Complete personnel administration including creation of employment contracts, entry and exit procedures, and interface with preliminary billing.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Initial relevant work experience in sales.
• Commercial or business administration education (HAK, studies).
• You convince in customer care, in the construction of new customers, but also in candidate management and employee support through your friendly and professional demeanor.
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speech.
• Flexibility, team spirit, proactive and communicative personality with a developed hands-on mentality complete your profile.
