As part of the Global Data Team, based in our headquarters in Salzburg, you'll support our senior line managers in developing new processes and features. You will translate business and process requirements into functional concepts for technical implementation.
In this strategic role, you'll manage and track projects independently, maintain a holistic end-to-end view, identify cross-functional dependencies, and align business needs with the target state across multiple stakeholders. You will drive digital transformation in close collaboration with business process owners and play a key role in advancing our global procurement processes and data structures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Concept Development and Documentation
Gather, derive, and challenge business requirements, aligning them with cross-functional stakeholders. Provide an objective, holistic perspective to ensure integrated solutions and prevent isolated approaches. Use your conceptual and manufacturing expertise to enhance process maturity and promote a lean manufacturing environment. Prepare detailed requirement documentation (Business Scope Statement) and coordinate handover to IT.
Workshops & Meetings
Prepare and facilitate project meetings and workshops to develop new system solutions. Contribute to steering meetings with senior management to guide decision-making.
Testing and Handover
Test all solutions to ensure quality and integration. Document testing efforts and progress. After successful testing, introduce and hand over the new process to the data quality team. Prepare training materials and facilitate training sessions.
Project Management
Manage projects independently, defining work packages, setting realistic timelines, and coordinating with IT. Track progress, document milestones, and monitor budgets. Report and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
Stakeholder & Resource Management
Keep stakeholders informed about project status and insights. Monitor resource availability and identify potential bottlenecks.
EXPERIENCE
Ideal candidates will have:
* 7+ years of professional experience in procurement, SAP ARIBA/SAP MM key user or consultant roles
* Deep knowledge of SAP ARIBA/SAP MM or similar procure-to-pay solutions and experience in process improvement
* Proven ability to gather, challenge, and translate business requirements into system concepts
* Experience managing projects and programs
* System affinity, conceptual thinking, and a holistic view
* Strong analytical, solution-oriented, and structured approach; excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work under pressure independently
* End-to-end operations knowledge, preferably in FMCG environment
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Due to legal reasons, the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,911 gross per month. Our actual package exceeds this minimum, reflecting market rates.
