About The Job
Swarovski is seeking a Product Manager with strong drive, a proactive mindset, and a high sense of accountability to join our Jewelry Components team, focusing on Created Stones and Crystal Jewelry Components. In this role, you will contribute to the growth of our B2B business across diverse industries, segments, and international markets, with a particular emphasis on the bridge, fine, and custom jewelry categories. You will ensure that our portfolio not only meets but exceeds customer expectations—managing customer‑specific requests and working closely with our global sales teams and markets to deliver innovative, commercially relevant solutions. Since Created Stones are a key category in our B2C jewelry portfolio, you will also work closely with cross‑functional teams as a trusted partner to shape and grow this offering.
Your Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, ensuring the portfolio delivers on defined sales, cost, and profitability targets
Define and implement the assortment strategy, considering trends and pricing to expand into new markets and attract new customer groups
Advance B2B business development efforts, including re‑entering strategic markets, expanding the customer base, and shaping tailored product offerings for key accounts
Define product pricing, value propositions, and monitor commercial performance, market trends, and competitor activity
Work collaboratively across various departments including Segment Management, Communications, Production, Sales, Design, Controlling, and Supply Chain Management to drive aligned outcomes
About You
A strong academic background (ideally with a focus on marketing, international management, strategy and innovation)
First experience in product management or similar roles
A strategic mindset with strong analytical skills, able to balance long‑term vision with short‑ and mid‑term goals
A proactive attitude, fast learning ability, and a hands‑on approach to getting things done
Ideally fluent in English and German, additional languages and experience abroad a strong plus
