Join Our Team as a Video Content Analyst German Speaker
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Salary & Benefits: Up to 16,100 gross + 3,240 language bonus + meal allowance (7.63/day) + transport (700) + yearly performance bonus (5% of base)

What youll do:
Review and assess user reports on video content
Handle sensitive material with discretion and professionalism
Remove inappropriate or policy-violating content
Apply guidelines consistently to ensure a safe viewing environment
What were looking for:
German native/fluent + English (B2+)
Flexible for rotating shifts (including occasional nights)
Tolerance for sensitive/graphic content
Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
Quick learner, adaptable, and objective in decision-making
What we offer:

For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal:
* Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS
* Assistance in finding housing according to your needs
* Relocation bonus of 2,500 gross (paid with the first payroll cycle) For candidates already in Portugal (100km+ from Lisbon): 1,500 gross relocation support Free shuttle service Meal allowance & transport support Health & life insurance (including family plan) Paid training (2 months) + 1-year contract (30 days probation) Yearly performance bonus A friendly, international work environment
Shifts: Weekly rotation (daily shifts only, for now)
