Digital assets and crypto ecosystems generate enormous amounts of data, narratives, and signals. This role focuses on separating noise from insight. You will analyze how crypto markets evolve, where capital flows, how ecosystems mature, and what actually matters for long-term positioning.
This is not a trading role and not social media analysis. It is a market intelligence position designed to support strategic, commercial, and investment decisions.

What you will do
* Monitor and analyze crypto and digital asset market developments
* Track ecosystem trends across Layer 1s, DeFi, infrastructure, and institutional adoption
* Identify early signals related to market structure, liquidity, and user behavior
* Prepare concise intelligence briefs, dashboards, and insight reports
* Support consulting and strategy teams with market context and analysis
* Compare crypto market dynamics with traditional financial systems
* Help clients and internal teams understand where the market is actually going
What we are looking for
* Background in analysis, consulting, market research, finance, or intelligence roles
* Strong understanding of crypto markets beyond price movements
* Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear insights
* Experience working with international or global markets
* Strong written English and structured thinking
* Intellectual curiosity and comfort working with ambiguity

Compensation
Base Salary: CHF 125,000 – CHF 175,000 per year (Gross)
Performance Bonus: Based on insight quality and client or strategy impact
Long-term Incentives: Eligibility for company-wide incentive or digital asset–linked programs
Positioning: Competitive Swiss-market compensation with global exposure
